This shows the new "Fast'r-Frame" metal frame corner joining machine bolted to "Your Workbench." This small vice is used to expand the wedges in the Fastware corners in standard Nielsen, Clark, Alumaframe, Designer, Decor, etc., type metal frames.

As fast as you can put the frame corner into the vise and push on the pedal your frame corner is joined perfectly! Usually less than 30 seconds per frame. A pneumatic version is also available.

These Fastware corners were tested by an independent test lab for strength and tested at over 38 lbs. to pull a 5" x 7" frame apart. This is over three times the total weight of a 24" x 36" frame including the glass, mats, and backing. Adequately strong enough! A copy of the test report is available if requested.

Fastware corners are not as stiff as steel corners so they are not recommended to be used in extremely deep or wide frame sections.
